The organizers

This conference is organized by MS Asia for Educational Services and Human Development in Malaysia and in cooperation with the IIUM Academy of Graduate and Professional Studies (IIUM Academy) International Islamic University in Malaysia.

MS Asia is a company recognized in accordance with the Malaysian Corporate Law and under a government license, it is working in the field of educational services and human development, and its headquarters in Kuala Lumpur, MS Asia seeks to develop people, and in order to achieve the company's visions and objectives, MS Asia always seeks to form partnerships with all institutions and organizations working in the field of education and human development.

IIUM Academy of Graduate and Professional Studies (IIUM Academy) was originally named IIUM Centre for Strategic Continuing Education and Training (IIUM CRESCENT) and was established on 25th Feb 2015. The centre was renamed on 1st January 2018.

The Academy primarily offers specialized postgraduate programmes catering for executives and working adults who want to advance their knowledge and qualifications through flexible arrangements that allow them to combine working and learning commitments. In addition, the Academy also handles selected pre-university foundation programmes, professional certification, professional development training's and public courses for lifelong learning.

THE PREVIOUS CONFERENCE

The Kuala Lumpur International Conference on Management and Education (KLICME 2020) was held online from 22 to 23 August 2020. It brought together leading academics, scholars and researchers to share their new knowledge and ideas as well as discuss current developments in their respective fields. In addition, the conference also provided opportunities for academics and experts to meet and interact with local and international participants.

ABOUT THE CONFERENCE

Kuala Lumpur International Conference on Management and Education (KLICME 2021) will be held online 19-20 June 2021. The objective of the multidisciplinary conference is to gather leading academicians, scholars and researchers to share their knowledge and new ideas as well as to discuss current development in their respective fields. In addition, the conference also offers opportunities for academicians and industry experts to meet and interact with local and international participants.

سيعقد مؤتمر كوالالومور الدولي للإدارة والتعليم (KLICME 2021) عبر الإنترنت في الفترة من 19 إلى 20 يونيو 2021. والهدف من المؤتمر متعدد التخصصات؛ هو جمع الأكاديميين والعلماء والباحثين الرائدين لتبادل معارفهم وأفكارهم الجديدة وكذلك مناقشة التطورات الحالية في مجالات تخصصهم. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، يوفر المؤتمر أيضًا فرصًا للأكاديميين والخبراء للقاء والتفاعل مع المشاركين المحليين والدوليين، وكما يتيح لهم فرصة لنشر أبحاثهم.

SCOPE & SUB-THEMES

Topics of interests for submission include, but are not limited to:

Management: Accounting, Banking, Business, Economics, Entrepreneurship, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Transportation, Tourism, Hospitality, Health Care, Human Resource, Government, Administration, and Management under Covid 19

Education: Teaching and Learning, e-Learning, Pedagogy, Interdisciplinary Studies, Religious Studies, Arabic Language Studies, English Language Studies, Lifelong Learning, Blended Learning, Special Education, and Education under Covid 19.

Awards for the three best research papers

Three prizes will be awarded for the three best papers presented at the conference, and the research must be in good quality, including:

1- The subject of the study is new and has a good contribution.

2- The references referred to by the researcher are new and not less than 15 references.

3- Follow academic writing, language and style.

جائزة المؤتمر للأبحاث المتميزة

ستمنح ثلاث جوائز لأفضل ثلاثة أبحاث تقدم في المؤتمر، ويجب أن يتسم البحث بالجودة العلمية ومن ذلك:

أن يكون موضوع الدراسة جديدا وله إسهام واضح

أن تكون المراجع التي رجع إليها الباحث جديدة ولا تقل عن 15 مرجعا

اتباع الكتابة البحثية العلمية وسلامة اللغة

سيتم نشر جميع الأوراق المقبولة في كتاب المؤتمر ضمن رسوم المؤتمر، وبالإمكان أيضاً النشر في إحدى المجلات المحكمة المتعاونة مع المؤتمر وبرسوم إضافية مخفضة

GUIDELINES FOR ENGLISH PAPERS

1. First page of the paper must contain full name of author(s), emails, addresses, and affiliations.
2. Abstract
3. Keywords (3-5 words)
4. Introduction
5. Content: Findings and Discussions. (APA Style)
6. Conclusion and Recommendation
7. Reference

Guidelines for writing reference:

1- The references must be arranged alphabetically at the end of the paper,
2- References in Arabic authors need to use transliteration with Times New Roman font. Any appendices must be placed after the list of references.
3- The paper must follow APA style of citation in which the reference is mentioned in the content directly like these (Last Name, Year of Publication, Volume No., Page No.), for example: (Zakariyah, 2018, 2|205).
4- The references must be written as follows:
